The Black Array is the public-facing archive, transmission, and performance architecture through which Erebus Prime can be entered. It is also the identity of this website. Those uses overlap, but the record does not claim they are one physical place or one objective system.
SURFACE / INFRASTRUCTURE.
The public website is a surface for discovery, orientation, releases, records, artifacts, and routes into the wider EXILENET universe. It tells a visitor what exists and where a signal can be entered.
NODE//00 is the operational layer beneath that surface. It behaves differently, establishes a relationship with the Receiver, and may present live, unstable, interrupted, or state-sensitive transmissions. The public record does not expose its implementation.
WHAT THE ARRAY HOLDS.
The Array routes public evidence without pretending every object belongs to the same authority or tells the whole truth.

The Array is not an omniscient database, a complete history, or proof that every claim inside an artifact is objectively true. Some records are attributed belief, performance, propaganda, rumor, corruption, or unresolved signal. Authority remains explicit even when certainty does not.
